Guys i have this problem since 2 weeks.

AFAIK they are trying to fix it. The last thing I heard was that it was a networking/routing issue and based on an announcement/discussion from discord I think it is thought to have been caused by California fires but i’m not sure on the validity of that. Contacting sysadmin or higher is the best way to keep on top of the issue and i’m sure if they fix it they’ll make a mass announcement. Discord (or pm) is probably the fasted way to get an answer/update on the issue.
