This is Spawnkiller97’s ban appeal.

  1. Votekicks last only 30 minutes. Did you wait at least 30 minutes to make sure your “ban” is not just a votekick?
    I don’t know, when i start any aloha servers it says can’t connect to server, banned.

  2. What is your in-game player name? Please include it in the subject of this topic as well.

  3. What server were you playing on when you got banned? Reminder: We can only help you with bans that took place on aloha.pk servers.

  4. Why were you banned? Lying severely decreases your chances of getting unbanned. If your “little brother” got you banned, tell him to make an appeal, or accept responsibility on his behalf.
    I was building a big house then i left the game, when i comeback to the server my house is gone and the land is taken by another player. I’m mad and i griefed their building, then he calls votekick and im votekicked.

  5. Why should you be unbanned?
    I just wanna play on Aloha servers because the maps are awesome.

you most likely left during the votekick, in that case its a half hour. But next time don’t grief and move on. Because you can be banned for griefing.

You aren’t being honest, it wasn’t a votekick, I banned you for cheating, so fill the template again, or just tell the truth, that’s the best way to get you unbanned.

Gentlemen, as with other occasions, you are advised that you must stop replying to this ban appeal with senseless comments - this is between Spawnkiller97 and, generally put, CapRex.

Ok, so you now have “admitted” to use all those tools. To be honest, i don’t think you deserve a second chance, due to the “i just forgot”.
You can’t just say “i was banned i didn’t do anything” then someone else say “you were hacking” then you answer “oh yeah i forgot of that”.
That’s not being honest. So for the good of the others players this appeal is denied.

    It is not a votekick. An admin kicked me and banned me.

    I just want to play in aloha because… I have lots of fun in this server. It has awesome maps and lots of players also. But since i’m hacking i votekicked a lot and now i’m permabanned.

    July 2013 (forgot the date and time, sorry. It was a long time ago.)

I lied when i post a appeal last July. If the aloha crew didn’t forgive me, are you giving me zero tolerance to me? Please unban me :-[, i promise i will not lie or hack again. I’ll be a good guy. :slight_smile:

And a question:
How long hackers/griefers will be banned? 6 months? 8 months? 10 months? one year? or permanent?

That was 5 months ago, maybe we should rethink it. People change over time, you know.
