Sorry, I know I said 4000 but we have so many people trying to join per week that I can't keep track. I have banned over 500 members there. Usually spammers, sometimes trolls, sometimes racists. One guy entered the group asking if we spoke anything other than "Muslim" all because ONE member had posted in Arabic. I explained to him that we encourage members to use whatever language they choose and he had a problem with that so I kicked him. So now that racist guy is somewhere else and my group is full of some of the most awesome gamers ever. 
See how that work?
I must have. What did he do? I was just in the game recently and the two were trolling as usual dropping the n-word several times until nearly everybody left.

Differences exist whether we identify them or not. Racism IS a social construct however as it relies on interactions and not thing’s existence.
