I can’t believe a university in the USA admits a student just by looking at his grades, it could be easily cheated. Here in Brazil we have to do a admission exam, and only be bests can join the university, and most of ours universities are public.

Yeah, you do do a lot of exams in the USA. SAT is only one.
Taking them in May, probably at the same time as Spring.
It seems that SATs are much easier than the ITA (Technological Institute of Aeronautics) exams and IIT-JEE.
