It helps if you actually link your appeal/situation or explain it a tad bit clearer. But generally speaking by all means if you got banned you deserve it for that particular reason. 
The reason they banned you in the first place was to give you a lot of time to think about what you were doing. Impersonation and constant griefing is bad. Consider yourself lucky that you didn’t end up like anus and actually be permabanned for constant griefing and trolling.
