pubovl enables you to spectate players without being on the spectator team.
limbovl enables you to spectate players while you are in limbo, you are completely hidden as u dont show up on the scoreboard.

how it works:

/pubovl
to give yourself the pubovl ability-
/pubovl <player name/id>
to give a specific player the pubovl ability

/limbovl <IP address>
if you are not connected the IP address is being saved for 5 minutes. if u connect within that time u will enter limbovl right after map transfer.
if you are in limbo already, u will enter limbovl immediately.
does not work if you already joined a team.
