Max height is 64
Sorry, God actually flipped the z axis for some stupid reason so it’s technically a max of 0 
akshually there is only a max height for building, ur perfectly fine flying above it. in that case ur z coordinate becomes negative
But it only works if you are a bona fide trusted haxor, otherwise it rubberbands you into the floor and then you die.
