Ban evasion?
What I want from you? Nothing, All I want is for players to have a fun time playing on Aloha servers and keeping you out helps that. You were seriously damaging people’s fun when you were glitching. You made their gaming experience on Aloha servers very bad and I banned you. I banned you for glitching on the roof, that ban finished, I banned you for glitching again, that ban also finished. You came back and kept glitching, those bans didn’t seem to be doing anything for you so I put a bigger duration on your ban. I thought that it will get to you that time and it did, you just had to evade the ban and than I proceeded to ban you permanently.
Is that a legitimate, great reason for your ban? I will not unban you right now as you don’t seem to have really learned anything. You demand us to unban you. I demanded you to stop glitching but you didn’t stop so why should I unban you?
Didn’t I include in my reply that “I learned my lesson and I will not glitch anymore?” Isn’t that enough for you or do we need to argue about more bullshits to get me unbanned?
Yes you probably did. I do not think you learned your lesson though. Therefore I will not be unbanning you untill I feel that you learned your lesson.
What tells you to tell if I learned my lesson or not? What gives YOU the right to judge me? You are just a complete stranger to me. I didn’t even know you until I came to this ban appeal. I doubt that almost everyone here actually feels sorry for what they’ve done. Color, why the hell do you think I am not ready to play again? I just think that you either have something against me, or is just having a bad day. Besides, I am honestly telling you here, I will not glitch again. Alright? Won’t. By the way, you really need to fix the glitch

Allow me to intervene, and make comments on both sides.
Anonymous: You’re quite arrogant and rude for someone who’s trying to get unbanned. Maybe it would do you good to show some respect, and approach this understanding that you were in the wrong. Why do we even have a ban appeal forum in the first place, considering many other servers certainly do not.
Colorpinpoint: don’t fight fire with fire. I can honestly see why Anonymous would be confused and think that his ban expired rather than evading (a week for glitching seems decently reasonable). Let’s assume his ignorance on the evasion vs expiration topic and give him the benefit of the doubt…so he’s basically appealing for glitching.
Reki. Thank you for trying to stop this shit, but I was polite, as you can see from my first few posts until color started with his reasons that doesn’t make sense and started to confuse me. I just think that he is repeating his same reason and I just think that this is unfair since I saw color treat other people with their ban appeals with more respect and with a second chance
What tells me that you learned your lesson is if you stopped glitching after the first, second or even third ban. You didn’t learn it the third time what makes me sure that you’ll learn it now. You are also a complete stranger but you abused something and I gave you multiple bans for it. I don’t think you are ready to play because you’ve tampered with many players experience and I think you will continue to have an influence on their experience after you kept doing the glitch each time. I will not be unbanning you until I feel that you should be unbanned. That glitch isn’t a 1 easy fix glitch, it would take resources to fix that glitch as it isn’t very easy to do. Yes it is addicting for you and abusive that’s what the ban was originally for. I actually have nothing against you personally, I just have something against cheaters and what that glitch is, is cheating. If I did have a bad day, I wouldn’t be here replying to someone like you.

Reki:It was origanally a week ban. That was the first offence but he kept doing it even after his ban expired. I clearly remember banning him at least 3+ times for the same offence and he didn’t learn. I gave him around a 2 week ban for those multiple offences after it didn’t seem that he was learning and then he evaded that ban which led me to Permaban him. I also remember a few other people mentioning that he was still doing the glitch but I only caught him bout 3 times.
Yes, I am very sorry for that and I ask for some forgiveness, I know that I shouldn’t have abused that kind of glitches for my own personal gain, and honestly, I don’t know what to do to actually make up for it. But is there still a way to be unbanned without going through this flame war?
Well, considering that you’ve been carrying yourself quite high throughout all of this, all I get is the feeling that you’re whining.
Don’t try to maintain dignity when you know you’re in the wrong. You don’t have to be like this kid.
One of our pet peeves here is the whole “I got an army of people backing me for unban blah blah blah”. That just doesn’t go down with us, and you can see we clearly started being increasingly irate after that.
Another major thing I see is your original appeal said “I won’t be glitching again”. Well, let’s just say your rap sheet doesn’t look all that clean, shall we? If what Color and others have said add up, you’ve been caught glitching multiple times. Even if you thought your ban timed out instead of you evading your ban (which sounds pretty reasonable), that also means you’ve gone back and started glitching again, knowing full well that it was wrong. “It’s really addicting,” you say. Well, that’s just the problem…we’re not so sure we’d trust an addict to change straight away.
Hopefully, you have indeed learned your lesson and the permaban was a forced intervention for you. Still, I hope you’ll be able to see the situation from our (admins’) view and see why we won’t be comfortable unbanning you right away.
I don’t know what Color thinks about all of this, but hey, let’s hope we reach a resolution where we’re not just throwing curse words at each other.

Yes, an addict can be hard to change, but there are some miracles aren’t there? Maybe I’m one. Maybe I’m not. Either way, I beg for forgiveness. I want this flame war to be over, and I want to get back to playing in aloha.pk. I am very sorry for people to be having to go through this. I vow that I will not glitch. I will make you proud. I will make MYSELF proud.
I’ll make a deal with you. I will ban you for 1 week. After that 1 week you are free to join the servers again. If I catch you glitch or any admin catches you glitching again. You will not be given such a lucky chance as I am giving you right now. Stop glitching and we shouldn’t have any problems anymore.
