was playing normal when I see a player named DeaDeuce I called him a hacker and then they said that he was lying and they voted for me about 3 times the third time he got it.

I played Ace of Spades a long time, around 4 to 6 years, in that time I was never banned and never used hack, and the player who banned me was a hacker always knew where I was even I was not making noise.
