4) Why were you banned? Lying severely decreases your chances of getting unbanned. If your “little brother” got you banned, tell him to make an appeal, or accept responsibility on his behalf.
WELL TBH I WAS RAGED AS I WAS BEING targetted racially so even i started counter attacking, and I think I evaded ban too.

    I’m a build and shoot addict. I love this game .
    Secondly, ill try to keep cool and ignore such racist players and not cause server problems again.
    I also will try not to be racist,evade,abuse other players as well. But i do believe that other players’ doing this to me, be banned too.

hey INDIA, I’m the admin who banned you. the ban is for evasion, and is only a temporary ban. (5 days)

however, you tell us you did not know the rules, and yet that does not seem to be the case when you look at this log: http://paste.quacknet.org/view/99f0deec

from this we can see a few things. the player named 1 as well a few others are most likely being trolls (and admittedly they probably should have been muted), but instead of ignoring them or playing along with the “joke”, you fell right into their trap, becoming no less than a nuisance instead (one even greater than the nuisances who provoked you).

after a large number of votekicks against you, it finally goes through and you then decide to evade the ban, saying this “<INDIA> niggers” and disconnecting immediately.
correct me if I’m wrong, but that’s the behaviour of someone who knows they’re evading.

I’ve also gotten from numerous sources that you’ve been repeatedly griefing on babel (during that log!), even after telling us you’ve never and would never do such a thing.

I’ll unban you this time, but with a warning: clean up your act. people are starting to complain.
Edit: and please, don’t ban evade. that only brings bad things.

First of all, thanks for unbanning me. I really appreciate that move!

Secondly, I had something personal with another player so yes I tried joining again and hence, I said the N-word.
Even though, I did not mean to say it.

Speaking jibberish is allowed, now since I’ve seen the rules on Babel what Shywolf told me.

Coming to griefing part, I have never been the primary source/cause of griefing. I just come to kill and play, that’s it.
There are many players who grief on the maps, and therefore if you see I have tried vk them too, but no one is a witness and doesn’t do /y.
Hence, I grief to get someone’s attention to kick the original griefer/corrupt player.

I have never(honestly) been a primary cause of griefing. It’s just a secondary cause which I do to get attention from any Admin online.

Also, the many players who have been complaning obviously won’t tell you what they do, isn’t it. There are always two sides to a story. These players themselves do things which are never taken care of, and when I try reacting to them, they come together and disgust me for no reason. ( that’s my side of the story).

I can even name the players who do the stuff and even after my constant using of /admin to get assistance , their actions’ are never taken care of.

From my side, yes I will not these kind of things again like evasion.
But I do believe in fair justice and discipline for all players, irrespective of their cast,creed,sex,religion and nationality.
Some players don’t and hence I do things to protect my philosophy and integrity.
Why are these players never muted/kicked/banned ?
I think justice is still not fair for these players.

Many players ( I can name them) use proxies and VPNs are banned but they do come back within a few hours.
Why no action then?

Anyway, I am not an Admin so i dont know why.
I really appreciate your move in unbanning me , it’s a huge relief for me.

in my opinion, player is should be ban, is 99.9% salt and 0.1% blood. thank you for your time.
