1) Votekicks last only 30 minutes. Did you wait at least 30 minutes to make sure your “ban” is not just a votekick?
No, I did not wait for the 30 minutes to be up before getting back on, but I asked FF if it was a votekick and he said it wasn’t. This is due to the fact that I am not online very often so waiting 30 minutes would be hard for me to do. (On that topic, if I don’t reply straight away then I apologize).

2) What is your in-game player name?
EightyOne.

3) What server were you playing on when you got banned?
Aloha.pk Tower of Babel.

4) Why were you banned?
I’ve been playing this game since 2012, and during that time I’ve gotten quite good at using the rifle, unfortunately, a few players (one obviously including a moderator/admin) believed that this was not skill based and was an aimbot. While originally I took these votekicks as a cool thing, they recently have gotten quite frequent and I guess finally got the attention of a moderator and he thought I was hacking and I got banned.

5) Why should you be unbanned?
Well, seeing as I don’t hack I would like to get unbanned. The Aloha servers are where I get the least lag (still have a minimum ping of 300ms and a ridiculous packetloss at times) and I would like to continue playing on the server. I would like to point out that I was getting annoyed at the time of playing at the abuse from some players and I definitely could have handled the situation in a better way than going and spawn-camping. I do understand why I was banned, I tend to have very high ratios (see my AoS Stats profile http://stats.aloha.pk:1337/user/eightyone) and this can get annoying for the other players. In the future I will most likely not play at my highest level as that leads to situations such as this one.

EDIT: I banned you for using norecoil, but the evidence wasn’t enough to prove that you are because I was having ping problems while recording. You are now unbanned, sorry for the inconvenience. Have fun playing!

Thanks for that, I can’t believe that my ping at the time was helping you in any way there. Just to make sure, I don’t use any thing that gives an unfair advantage (apart from the spade/nade trick which I’m bored).
