I first would like to give a little background info.
I was playing with my friends (Bravo Omega and Alpha Omega) when suddenly I was banned. It was instantly after downing the enemy tower in tower of babel.

  1. Votekicks last only 30 minutes. Did you wait at least 30 minutes to make sure your “ban” is not just a votekick?
    Yes, it has been about 17 hours.

  2. What is your in-game player name? Please include it in the subject of this topic as well.

  3. What server were you playing on when you got banned? Reminder: We can only help you with bans that took place on aloha.pk servers.

  4. Why were you banned? Lying severely decreases your chances of getting unbanned. If your “little brother” got you banned, tell him to make an appeal, or accept responsibility on his behalf.
    I am not sure. I was playing with my friends when i was suddenly banned. I have never hacked, aimbotted or anything like that. I just use Open Spades to relax with my friends for an hour after school each day.

  5. Why should you be unbanned?
    I am an intermediate player who enjoys his time on aloha.pk servers as they get an amazing ping. I should be unbanned because I am not sure what even banned me in the first place.

  6. When were you banned? Best approximate date and time, please.
    I was banned at about 5:30pmAEST last night.

Its a weekend and I want to play with friends but I understand if this takes longer.

Hi,

I banned you because you were using cheats that allowed no recoil and multi-bullet. I am also convinced on of your friends was doing the same in that game. Thoughts?

Hey mate,
I had no idea.
I’m really sorry that this has caused trouble.
I was given this open spades client from a friend during school after installing an SSD in my laptop (therefore wiping it)
I’ll learn to just download it from the reputable site now.

Same client when I was noob hacker

I’m very sorry about this all.
I never knew this was a hacked client. I just installed an SSD in my laptop and was given the client from a friend that day at school so that we could continue to play that afternoon.
Please help me, I’m very sorry for the trouble this has caused.

I’ll set your ban to expire a week from Monday, which means you’ll be able to play again on aloha servers Mon Feb 20 19:29:49 2017 HST.

Going forward, you are ultimately responsible for the programs you install on your computer. Cheating, deliberate or otherwise, is not tolerated here. Do be more careful in the future and I hope to see you playing again!
