  5. Why should you be unbanned?
    I’d like to apologize to all the players that I negatively impacted their gameplay with my toxic behavior.
    I’m not always like this, but sometimes i snap and start doing stupid stuff that i now deeply regret.
    I was asked to change my behavior during this ban and I know that i didn’t even manage to accomplish that,
    almost everyday i would be lousy on forums / irc, annoy staff and cause more trouble.
    My actions were really childish, I will try to change my behavior and for now stay away from forums / irc.

Again, I apologize to whole community/staff.

So here we are again, one month and multiple bans, mutes, and a forum ban later. Funny, seeing as we only started out with a simple mute, but no. You had to argue, you had to incite, you had to hack and evade. The irony here is that you are still evading here and now. So my question is why should the staff bother reading or responding to this? I have spent more time debating with my fellow staff members and writting this response than it took you to write this appeal. So why should we even start considering your case

I haven’t evaded during my month ban, i’m not a hacker either, i love this game and aloha, i deserved my ban, but now i want to change and show that i can be a normal player as well.

It seems that you keep changing your story, very interesting as I have the previous versions still cached on my phone. Not evading eh? Then how are you talking right now? Last time I checked the staff’s metaphorical “ban board” you are still forum banned, a few other admins have evasion bans on you. So the idea that you have not evaded any bans whatsoever, is less than truthful.

Last time I checked, you’re not a trusted player, nor are you an admin. So you are a normal player, albeit banned and punished. Before that you argued with the staff that you didn’t deserve your ban. Yet here we are, ironic isn’t it?

I think i may have misunderstood you, i meant that i didn’t evade my game ban (i did before i got the month ban, and that is the reason i’m appealing right now).
I also agree that i had multiple banned forum accounts. I was asked to create a forum account and appeal because my month game ban expired.
You are right and I understand your decision to permaban me, i wish i wasn’t such an idiot that got me in this position in the first place. Thanks for looking into this and sorry for wasting your time.

Don’t get me wrong, I am not stopping you from appealing in the future. It is just, at this current moment, there is highly negative opinion about you. Spring made it clear enough that if you “kept your head down and your mouth on passive” you ad a very good chance of this being lifted.

Thanks for clearing this up for me, I understand what you’re saying and i agree with you, Spring asked me to be patient and I failed to do that (during my month ban), so i understand that unbanning me after that isn’t a logical thing to do. Anyway I really appreciate you clearing this situation up.

Coreveth, my man, I really would like you to be able to play on our servers again honestly and without resistance on either side. I did give you a three week chance, and almost immediately you spit all over it. This is gonna be my last attempt to bargain with you.

Today is December 1st. Your last instance of stirring the pot, to my knowledge, is November 12th, when you pretended to be a banned user by the name of Darren.

Now, if you can go until January 14th, 2018 without causing any more trouble (spamming IRC, evading your ban in game, engaging in forum fuckery, or otherwise proving yourself to be unable to act in a mature and controlled manner that we expect of people who are part of this community), then you’ll be unbanned.

If not, then you will remain banned until January 15th… of the following year (2019 is a long way away, to be honest).

So that’s that, for now. We’ve given you hella chances, and the only real reason I’m posting here is because everyone else is tired of the shit you keep pulling.

All goes well, and I’ll be seeing you on January 14th, 2018. If not, then we’ll push that back by a year and a day, until January 15th, 2019. I know you wanna be part of this community, and it’s honestly pretty nice having you here when you decide to be cool with us, though unfortunately I haven’t seen that from you in a while.

I hope you take proper advantage of this chance I’m giving you.
