Hm? I dont really see what you mean, the hatchling has to have matured, and only after a certain amount of views AND when it is at a certain time of death (like lets say, 4 days left) then it will grow into an adult

Yeah, but cheese dragon is better and rarer since it can not breed and you can only get it in the caves.
