I’d like to continue playing on Aloha servers, I always conduct myself in an appropriate manner while playing and don’t believe the ban was justified. I was recording myself at the time (like every time I play) and can provide proof if desired.

I’m the guard who banned you.
I started spectating you after you weirdly peeked me from a wall without any info, maybe u saw me while u was dead I don’t know.
Then player “drujz” reported that you are tracking people through walls, he was spectating you for some time. Main reason for a ban was when you were going to kill 2 players which were unseeable and long away from you (0:27 on a video). Maybe it’s my mistake and you saw them before, then I apologize.
Also sorry for my eng if I have some mistakes.
Aroud 00:26 you can see a blue head top-left of my screen, which prompts me to look over and take out the blue.
Regarding the players at back of spawn, I had prior knowledge that we were being spawncamped from the back, Hunk (blue team) had been hanging around that area for a while so I wanted to go clear out blues to ensure safe intel caps.
Around 00:45 I can hear players to my front-right firing shots, I have 7.1ch surround headphones so I can very accurately detect the direction of sounds.
Around 00:53 I can hear players in the water ahead of me and there are no reds on my minimap so they have to be blue.
At 00:56 you can see the two blues in the water (caught in 4k XD).
