Yep. Upstate Maine has beautiful fishing, no internet, no cell reception, no running water and no electricity. However, the fishing in the Dead River and Spencer Stream was awesome.
They also make good dinner. Brook trout for life.
Ooh nice. What lake do you fish in? I once went to a lake up in Maine that was over populated with fish and I barely had to try to catch them. It was called like spectacle or specs lake or something like that, because it was shaped like a really big pair of glasses.

I don’t really know what kinds of fish we caught I honestly don’t know many kinds. I have caught bass and pickerel up in sunrise county though. There is barely any pickerel left in that lake, because someone illegally introduced bass to the environment and the bass dominated.
