Any love for Gobliiins?
Coktel Vision’s developed Gobliiins for the Amiga, a quirky point-and-click puzzle adventure series in the 1990s where you control three goblins (Oups, Ignatius and Asgard or Dwayne, Hooter and BoBo in the US version).
Each had unique skills (punch, magic, item use) to solve puzzles across 22 levels, featuring charming animation and a focus on trial-and-error, though with often frustratingly unclear solutions and limited sound.
Puzzles often required combining goblin skills; experimentation is key, but solutions aren’t always obvious, leading to energy loss.
Distinctive graphics, cartoon-like, cute animation with humorous reactions when things go wrong!
Series Overview:
Gobliiins (1991)
Gobliiins 2: The Prince Buffoon (1992)
Gobliiins 3 (1993)
Later installments appeared for other platforms, it’s a beloved, challenging, quirky puzzle series from the Amiga era, known for its unique art and cooperative gameplay.
