Yes, I waited more than 30 minutes to confirm. When I tried to play again the next day, I received a message that I was banned from the server. This shows it was not just a votekick.

Why were you banned? Lying severely decreases your chances of getting unbanned.

I believe I was banned unfairly. Since my last ban, I learned from my mistake and I have never used cheats or any modified version again. I downloaded OpenSpades directly from the official GitHub source and have only been playing with that.

Yesterday, while playing, I was disconnected a couple of times because my ping was too high. On the third disconnection, I decided to stop playing. Today, when I tried to join again, I saw the message saying I was banned.

I want to kindly ask if you could please recheck the logs or any gameplay records from that period to see that I was not using cheats. I truly enjoy this game and this server is the only place that keeps it alive. It would be very sad to lose the chance to play fairly with the community because of what seems to be a mistake.

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I kindly ask you guys to review my case and, if possible, check the logs or recordings to confirm that I was playing fairly. I promise to continue respecting the rules and the community. During that match, I didn’t even have a good killstreak, which shows that I was not using cheats such as ESP or aimbot. I was simply playing normally, without any unfair advantage.

Hey Albany, I am the admin that banned you, again.
First of all I wish to let you know that here at aloha we do believe in second/third chances, that does however require you to be telling the truth, Just keep in mind that not only do we record evidence, we have been doing this for a decade, and we are very good at seeing the more sneaky versions of the hacks, such as the things you may have turned on this time after being banned for the more obvious ones last time.
So, is there something you may wish to tell me about why you was banned?

(note, you was banned while playing, you did not try to join again today and just “notice”, we even have the logs of you attempting to rejoin after the ban yesterday)

Hello Detank, thank you for taking the time to reply to my appeal.

I want to confirm with certainty that I was not using any kind of hack, cheat, or unfair modification this time. Since my last ban, I made the decision to only play fairly, and I have been using only the official OpenSpades client from GitHub.

During that day, I was having problems with high ping because of my internet connection in my region. That is the reason I got disconnected a couple of times. I was not using VPN either, because I know it is against the server rules.

I kindly ask you to please review the recordings or logs from that match to see that I was playing normally and without any cheats. I really enjoy playing on this server, and I respect the community and the work you put into keeping the game alive.
