No. Go to last comment wins and notice Asame changed the topic name to that, and you replied to Asame which made you have the same topic name (TheQuickBrownFox bully report #1)

If you didn’t know, but “Re:” means “Reply”. To show Re: topic name means you’re replying to that topic.
