There is a hacker using my old name, and now everybody thinks that i am him, and they banned me , and now everybody hates me because of this.
My old name was Black diamond, and the name of the hacker is BlackDiamond.
I was banned because they thought that i was he.
what do I do?

When looking for evaders, we not only compare name but we also compare physical location. Shouldn’t be a problem unless you were the one hacking.

This was months ago, and the issue was resolved.
