On babel right now. The player Pvt. Cockanus is using teleport and cap the intel really quickly (2secs ?)
You can probably check on logs.

This sin’t the first one. I’ve had a proxied hacker using tp hacks and he just kept coming back, Danke had to ban his ISP to stop him returning.
