you can see the “No Recoil” better in the minute 1:58 when he kill a player and sorry for the quality bad
the weapon of the player has recoil, I realized that when he made a few shots the FPS of the game went down making it seem to have no recoil in the video, but there is moment in the video where you can watch the recoil (0:16 and 2:36), so the player is legit, anyway thanks for reporting and advice for your future reports would be to use the command /pw , /an and the f11 key.
