After you supplied us with the additional evidence, we concluded that Kushy was hacking.
That being said, Kushy wasn’t allowed on the server in the first place. He was banned back in April.
@Kushy: I recommend that you fill out a ban appeal. If you keep evading your ban, your chances of being unbanned will quickly disappear.
