It’s not debanning, he might Evade it. Having his ip changed so he can join aos again. If he evades he will get in even more trouble.
He was evade, but got ban by other admin. Thanks for reporting.

Yea he Evaded twice this morning when I checked status, informed 8x right away and got banned.
