The video does not prove anything, except maybe lag.
Try to get more than two shots next time next time please to eliminate the possibility of an occurrence where it lags. If the video size is to large try using bandicam as a recorder software. (nowhere near as large and you can compress it pretty fast in movie maker even stringing up more than one video for reporting.
