in the video you see that it is legit both minute 2:00 and 3:39 was because of the lag that could either be yours or the player you are watching, since the previous shots and those that are after 3:39 are all with recoil, to have a more solid test you can try using the F11 key and to see the player’s ping instead of being every time /ping you can use /pw this will show you the player’s ping updating every 1 second.
