Seems we have griefers striking back at babel mode.
You can votekick them and have it cancelled and even if that does not happen, the other team does not vote to get rid of the griefer.

The whole team can disable the griefers ability to build and destroy blocks and it a simple way to disable people from building if they switch teams to grief.
VoteBuild checks to see if you are trying to votekick a member of the other team and prevents people from votekicking members of the other team.
This helps with votekicks not working and staff not being available.
