…and it was built too far back.
Way too often, towers are built too far away from heaven, and the game is lost because the bridge forward is too easily destroyed.
Pro-tip: Walk forwards until your icon on map window is halfways overlapping heaven… THEN start building upwards.
I have never understood those that start building just in front of the tent.
A LOT of builders dont know this trick. If the beginnings of your teams tower is too far back at the start of the map place a few blocks in front of what they are starting and they’ll continue it. If you fix the problem at the base you’ll save your team a lot of headaches and possibly win the game for them.

another little known trick is that it is possible to grab the intel from underneath the platform, if you stand just underneath it.
Very nice for those cases where there is a structure or a mountain top in the middle of the map.
Also good if the top of the platform is a hailstorm of bullets.
