I dont have downloaded reporting software but I noticed this player for 2 days in a row now.
yesterday his name was choboko, and today his name is Chinese Cook.
He has some weird hack as everytime wherever I am, he manages shooting me on HEAD, every single time.
Many players playing voted against him and felt the same.

does he snap or not?
if he doesnt snap he uses an exploit which makes you always have a headshot. i suggest providing a video where you spectate him. he could also be a good player
