Votekicks last only 30 minutes. Did you wait at least 30 minutes to make sure your “ban” is not just a votekick?
Yes, I also got direct confirmation from an admin but they couldn’t tell me the reason.

Why were you banned? Lying severely decreases your chances of getting unbanned.
I’m not sure at this point. It could be something related to IP issues since I was playing from a different location, on an older machine and different client. Or it could be related to lag and hit detection. I don’t know for certain, I was connected to a phone hotspot since there’s no internet in this place. I’ve seen people get banned/kicked for chat messages too, but apart from the occasional blasphemy I don’t think that was the reason honestly.
Why do you think you should be unbanned?
I know the first time (roughly a month ago) I was banned for using an hacked client, but I devoted countless hours in the following weeks to practising and getting decent at the game and I’ve not been cheating since. Thank you for your time and effort in keeping up this service.

Hi @Stefanonimo, I’m the admin that banned you in game earlier. It’s a shame to see you having to appeal another ban so soon after your previous ban appeal.
You mentioned in your appeal that you aren’t sure why you were banned, are you certain that you can’t think of any reason I might have banned you?
Hello @DildoSaggins . Yeah, I know it’s not a good look. I actually checked and it’s barely been two weeks. As I previously stated, I’m not certain what the reason was at this time. My hypotheses are the ones up above in the first message, but I’m sure an admin would have a deeper insight on the situation. I should add, as you probably are aware, that I didn’t get accused of anything in chat, so if I was doing anything wrong I suppose it was either an error or called upon privately. I have read numerous other appeals so I know it’s routine practice to ask if I’m really sure there is any other reason for being banned and I currently am.
You’re correct that you weren’t accused of anything in the chat but I was watching you for a while. I’d like to add that joining back on a different IP address (evading your ban) also isn’t a good look, please don’t join any of our servers until we’ve wrapped up your appeal.

Because I really miss everyone here. I like playing on this server, but I can just be so exceptionally stupid sometimes. But I am willing to stop cheating. If you don’t believe me I understand you. But give me one last chance, please.
Although you were dishonest at first the fact that you eventually came around has convinced me that you deserve one last chance. I’m going to change your permaban into a two week ban. Please keep in mind that if you cheat again the chances of you getting unbanned are extremely low.
Let me know when you’ve removed any cheat/hacked clients from your PC (deju vu amirite?) and I’ll update the ban.
