I don’t care too much which team such a cheater is on, they deserve eternally ban. May their Ip-adress never to be changed!
I just get annoyed when players starts votekicks on honest players, when the real bad guys goes free.
Sorry for the note Bob, if it’s not aloha server wide he can’t get banned for evading :(. But, you could always find callofliberty forums to report him! 
He is evaiding with all capitals SOLDER. Surprised he lasted that long. Had my suspicions few months back. But then again, everyone is a hacker to me lol.
