I’ll rate the maps out of 10 on how much I like them.
To begin, I’d like to note that I’m a guy who prefers using rifle, sniping and rushing. I like when maps allow you to flank the opponent team if you manage to break one path or through other high risk means.
You’re also missing some maps. Mainly the newer ones. (Not sure if you want those.)
We should change the maps up every month.
abandonedstronghold
4/10
Feels too open.
Pros:
Quick paced
Cons:
Very open
Plays like:
abordage
7/10
Pros:
The map looks nice.
Several parkour routes that allow flanking, or a good vantage point.
Flanking is a very viable option on this map.
Cons:
Often times, ending up one sided as one side takes the outside, and the other team gets conditioned into camping into inside of their own ship, causing them to be even worse off upstairs.
Camping often becomes a problem.

alamoarena
5/10
Pros:
Rushing is highly profitable
Cons:
There are many different spawns.
Plays like:
alcatrazarena
5/10
I personally like the map, but I feel like it’s too pro-rifler oriented.
Pros:
There are many paths you can take
Cons:
Heavily rifle dominated. Good luck to anyone who can’t use a rifle (or long range smg)
The only way from the bottom floor to the next platform is through one set of stairs in the middle. It is possible to kill everyone coming up the stairs as the round starts and you can guarantee that the whole other team is on the bottom floor. Then you can camp your own stairs for people coming up
Plays like:
ambassyarena
5/10
Pros:
Completely flat, has a different experience, cancels out the largeness of the map.
Cons:
Completely flat
Plays like:
avrealm1f
4/10
Map doesn’t seem logically laid out.
The map is very different for green and blue.
Pros:
Cons:
There’s a path that leads directly to the back of green base, while it leads to the middle of blue base.
Blue has a better vantage point over the middle door
Plays like:
avseafort
A fast paced, well known map.
8/10
Pros:
Short matches
Rushing friendly
Shotty-friendly map
Cons:
Random grenade rain at the start of the match can get hectic.
Blue gets the better camping spots
Plays like:
avsides
5/10
A decent map
Pros:
Contested control of the center
Cons:
Always ends up as one team camping, the other team rushing.
Nade Rain
The map is not completely mirrored. Green gets an advantage in the right sniper box, due to an extra box missing.
Plays like:
avsmallfortress
6/10
Pros:
Good for flanking
Cons:
Too many straight flat walls now
Blue’s rush distance is slightly too fast
The old map is arguably better.
Plays like:
avstorage
7/10
Pros:
Close quarters
Shotty advantage
Cons:
The old avstorage is arguably better.
Plays like:
blueresort
2/10
Pros:
Cons:
I have only seen blue win once or twice out of like 20 times.
Plays like:
casinoarena
6/10
Pros:
Scenic
Cons:
Green has a direct sniping point from the green spawn into the blue spawn. It’s possible to kill 3-4 people right as the round begins.
Pretty green bias.
Plays like:
castlewars
9/10
Pros:
Scenic
Several paths
All weapons are viable
Cons:
Some camping spots
Plays like:
chinatown
6/10
Pros:
Scenic
No definate paths, open field with cover in the center
Cons:
Camp spot at the top of the pagoda is hard to break.
Blue gets an advantage in getting up to that camp spot.
Plays like:
csitaly
dedust2arena
These maps should stay in csarena.
facingworldsarena
Riflers often like this map. I’m personally not too fond of it.
5/10
Pros:
For the snipers out there.
Cons:
Non-rifle users usually have to camp or wait until the other team camps to stay alive
It’s possible to hide/ jump in the water, and stall the game
Plays like:
generator2
8/10
Pros:
Allows most play styles
All guns can work, even if rifle is pretty dominant
Many paths to take
Cons:
Overplayed
Plays like:
generator

There are better maps of its type.
Plays like:
Avsides
indiaarena
7/10
Pros:

Plays like:
minideckarena
8/10
Pros:
Lots of routes but not hard to find someone
Lot of vertical variation
Cons:
Blue spawn overlooks both exits for green
Blue sometimes takes fall damage exiting spawn
Plays like:
museumarena
5/10
Pros:
Map is balanced for both sides
Wallpoping and sneaking around is encouraged
Cons:
Map is kind of angular and regular
Pretty rifle dominated
It is possible to get blind headshots when the round starts by aiming at this specific point when the round starts.
Plays like: Ambassy arena
neotokyo
I haven’t played the edited version.
(I added some stuff to make it less sniper-heavy)
Pros:
Cons:
Plays like:
nuketown

Some people seem to like it a lot for some reason.
Good weapon balance
Cons:
No flank paths, very rectangular and linear.
Overplayed
Plays like:
officewars
1/10
Pros:
Cons:
Team Camp Fest
Rushing is not an option
Blue can glitch down
Plays like:
penthousearena
5/10
Pros:
Good weapon balance
Cons:
Camping areas with one entrance, usually grenade-proof
Blue has the advantage of jumping off the building and coming back into the windows.
Plays like:
planeassault
8/10
Pros:
Quick rounds.
Flanking is great on this map.
Cons:
Rifle >>> other guns on this map due to long straight floors that are all on the same level that have good wallpoping cover. (outside may be an exception)
Plays like:
prison
4/10
Pros:
Cons:
Blue’s tower.
Green’s spawn
Too many straight pathways.
Only way for you to win some rounds is if you convince your team not to go in to the god damn tower.
Plays like:
prisonbreak
7/10
Pros:
Great for sniping
Several routes
Fairly balanced
Cons:
Overplayed.
Green sometimes camps being the hole in the wall.
Plays like:
rigreloaded
7/10
Pros:
There are enough routes that can be taken (once you take one of the two stairs to the top), so that green can get out of the bottom
Cons:
Blue gets far more options than green.
There is only two viable route to the top for green, one of which gets shut down very fast. Going up stairs is often a detriment.
Plays like:
sherwoodforest
3/10
Pros:
Cons:
Too big. Impossible to find the last person when its even 3v3.
Plays like:
spacestationarena
2/10
Pros:
Cons:
The map almost forces green to camp. There are several vantage points from where blue can snipe the greens coming up to the roof, and the inside is definitely dominated by blue.
Also, glitching and jumping onto outside bottom ledges to delay the game is everywhere
Plays like:
spiraltower
5/10
Pros:
Fairly Straightforward map
Cons:
Blue gets a definite advantage, being able to shoot down, and being able to jump down out of the windows.
This allows them to shoot all the greens in the back.
Plays like:
submarinearena
6/10
A decent map.
Pros:
Cons:
Blue spawn camping
Plays like:
A long version of Plane Assualt with less cover
townarena
Too big for arena.
3/10
Pros:
Scenic
Cons:
Too big
Plays like:
Sherwood Forest
turvystairs
5/10
Pros:
Several floors, so you can decide if the investment of time of going downstairs is worth the less people you encounter.
Flanking is a possibility
Rushing is profitable
Cons:
You start on the top floor, and there are a bunch of floors below that, causing most the floors on the bottom to be pretty unnecessary. Would be better if the spawn was on one of the middle floors, and the floors redesigned.
Plays like:
volcano
I completely agree with what’s already posted. You can win rounds by hiding in some location and waiting for the opponent team to all kill themselves.
4/10
Pros:
Challenging, different
Cons:
Platforming is difficult, especially with lag
Too open, not a whole lot of strategy
Plays like:
zealot
6/10
Pros:
Easy to learn
Good cover
Lots of routes
Cons:
Matches can run long
Plays like:
rigreloaded
