Hey guys.
I’ve been struggling to play OpenSpades, I figured I can’t get regular AoS so I’d stick with OS.

I’m currently using Ubuntu Linux version 15.10

I feel good with Linux, it’s smooth, but I had it coming that I wouldn’t be able to run these games.
I have tried Google, but even as a coder I don’t know much. All I do is HTML, Python(sometimes), JavaScript(Sometimes) and CSS.
If you know how to get OpenSpades on Ubuntu Linux, please do answer.

Still won’t work. Read the bottom part, that’s probably where the problems would show.

“cd …”, then give it the cmake command

CMake Error: The source directory “/home/laptop/openspades/openspades.mk” does not appear to contain CMakeLists.txt.

Meaning you are in the wrong directory

You can run the Windows version through Wine. That’s what I do for both OS and normal AOS. If you need help running normal AOS on Ubuntu I can help you with that as well.
