New maps halongbabel and crossfire3 added to Babel server

Lostmotel created and released a couple Tower of Babel maps for us based on our feedback.

first up is halongbabel, which is themed as Ha Long Bay, Vietnam, followed by the desert-themed crossfire3:

look for aloha.pk tower of babel on the server list or join directly @ aos://1379434439:34887:0.75
