HELP ME HOW TO MAKE ACE OF SPADES 0,75 LINUX CENTOS 64 BITS VPS OR DEBIAN.

Can someone help me to create server ace of spades 0.75 linux centos-6-x86_64 or debian? please help me and can you make a video on youtube how to do it !!!

I do not use CentOS or Debian, so I can’t tell you exactly what to type, and I cannot garuntee all of this will work of you, but most of it should.

Make sure you have command-line access to your system/VPS, otherwise you won’t be able to do a lot of this.

nerd stuff (

1. Download PySnip (“Download repository”): http://bitbucket.org/NateShoffner/pysnip/downloads

2. Install latest “g++” (Linux program / utility)

3. Install “screen” (Linux program / utility)

4. Install Python 2.7 (NOT 3.x!) (Linux program / utility)

5. Install “Cython” (Python library)

6. Install “twisted” framework (Versions 13.1.0-14.0.2! Newer or older will break PySnip! If I am wrong and PySnip does not work with 14.0.2, try the latest version.) (Python library)

7. Change working directory (“cd”) to the folder containing “feature_server” and “build_all.sh”.

8. Run “sh ./build_all.sh” in the terminal, and wait for it to finish.

9. Configure AoS server by going into feature_server/ and editing config.txt.

10. Open a screen session (run “screen -S AoSserver”)

11. Make sure you’re in feature_server/ and run “python run.py” (if that does not work, try “python2.7 run.py”)

To exit the screen session without shutting down the server, press ^A + D
To go back into the screen session, run “screen -x AoSserver”
To stop the server, press ^C

Also, ports on AoS don’t matter to the serverlist. If your host has a firewall and AoS’s port isn’t in the range, you can change it to anything above 1024.

I recommend you use a channel on an irc network like QuakeNet, and put the PySnip IRC bot on that channel. It will let you administer your server without the need of you being in it.
