Today and yesterday, I noticed half of the aloha servers are down. Are they going back up?

It’s not August yet.
(Some servers are down due to bandwidth issues, they’ll be back up next month.)
Some of the less popular servers are down due to the fact that the servers have nearly 100TB (Correct me if wrong).
This means that if they have gone past 100TB then all the servers will be down till the next month when they are refreshed.
