Not staff but i’ve never seen DrChickenS hack before and without evidence (i.e. a recording of him/her) I wouldn’t believe he/she was. Maybe they were but from my experience i’ve never seen it but again without a recording there isn’t much anyone can do but keep an eye on them in the future.
The K/D ratio and stats doesn’t proof a player is hacking or not as many people can get a lot of kills without dieing a lot. It would need to be an extremely high number paired with a extremely high accuracy to maybe suggest possible hacking
Another thing, DrChickenS plays, iirc on OS, so that may affect how he/she plays against you if you play on a different client.

In the future if you think someone is hacking than you can use pubovl (link below) to spectate them and record them. Then post the video here with name, server, time and of course the video.
I think it’s good that you try to report hackers, but you need more than a simple ratio, because there are very good players in AoS and DrChicken is one of them, and you need more than a ratio to accuse a player of hack.
