just skimmed through will have a closer look later.
But for now i can at least tell you that recordings from your own perspective instead of the player you report usually hardly provides conclusive evidence.
I also dont recommend recording someone with betterspades since it interpolates other players mouse movement making it impossible to deduce any aimhacks with.
