Broken Sky

The sky breaks and the mountains hold a marvel…

Made by me, over the course of the last few weeks.
Recently I added a parameterised version of Tom Dobrowolski’s “genland” code into Goxel, and an interesting shape came out of it that inspired me to make this map (along with watching Lost at the time). Turned into a jungle-y, Vietnamese village-y, cavern-y thing - really like how it turned out and was good to make a map from start to finish in Goxel after all the improvements over the years.

I shared the process as a thread in the map-showcase in the Voxel Cartography Discord. Thanks especially to Influx for the big trees and for his feedback on the map and its pieces.

1.1 - added a mountainous spawning region for intels that has a 1 in 3 chance vs a 2 in 3 chance of spawning in the village

Have altered the txt script to ver 1.1

Added a second intel spawn area in the mountainous area, it can spawn there with a 1 in 3 chance vs the village.
