You guys are already doing Darkfort! seems like people really like it. Thanks for that

We have Pinnacle running on a server right now if you guys want to test it out online.
You can see screenshots and full descriptsions on my blog

Who do you guys use for hosting? I want to start up a beta-test server for mappers to come and build their maps with a community, then to test the maps before we release them for public review.

On a side note, can you guys set the maps to restart after 2 full games, or an hour has passed?

part of the strategy of my maps is that your team takes out enemy towers so they can not defend their base. After about an hour both teams are usually devastated.
Refreshing the bases makes it more fun, and gives the teams another chance at building the ultra-base.

Well, thanks again.

hey what’s up jojoe, nice to have another from the islands around here

we’re using QuickWeb and ramhost for the servers right now, good but not ideal for AoS. i’d like to get them colo’d as soon as possible, just researching providers to make sure the one i choose is good for Hawaii players. i’m considering two right now, both are good for Road Runner but i wonder how the routing is for HawaiianTel - would you please ping and tracert these IPs and post your results?

Thanks for the info, Your servers really are fast, my average ping from the AoS website is from 20-90 which is really good for my crappy old ADSL connect (Yes i live in the “dirty south”)

Thanks again

thanks wow second one is way better for HawaiianTel, seems slightly better for RR too
