I figured that in under the “Multiplication to find all the combos”
No, there only a few, but my calculation factors in combinations of pre-necrosis damage sources.
water damage? radiation? airstrike? dangerzone? posion? an admin using /kill on you? someone team killing you?
I only factor vanilla damage, and TK’s aren’t a direct damage source, just the the direction the source came from.
Its still a way to die.
I thought if you were desperate enough to use multiple ways to kill someone using same weapons, eg shoot with shotgun and then finish off with rifle, then you’d use team kill too 
haha well those certainly are some interesting ways to die, however the original “15 ways to die” are still the best!
