The optimal system would be being able to modify the game to stop any hacking and block hacks from being used/made.

I’ve never seen a 100% hack proof game.

no game shall ever be 100% hack proof
always a programmer looking to develop tools to help the newbies

That is true, but as long as there are nice players there will be haters/hackers/greifers etc
