I’d think that two computers connected to the same network (router) might have the same IP address until the last point X.X.X.X, the last X being different.
Then again, since it’s really easy for hackers/computery people to forcibly change the last number, chances are the ban applies to the first 3X’s only.
Or, it might turn out I have no idea what I’m talking about. In which case, tell me so.
