I’m helping Ferrari with the event.
Some people are misunderstanding the rules for the building period, which are: Killing won’t be turned off and enemies can destroy your teams builds, same rules as any war server. This is not a build server.
The war starts 2 days before the main battle, untill then you have time to study the battleground and build stuff, what you build is up to you. If you wish to have practical and lasting builds, I recomend tunnels or camuflaged bunkers.
Untill the main event, it is possible that builders will attract players and that may lead to fights, thats allowed and expected to happend.
As of this moment the map looks like this http://i.imgur.com/ngqRVbX.png , so if any blue player wants to have a fair match (in regards to structures) then consider hopping on the server sometime.
Well that was a fun event. Turned into a “Mongols vs The Great Wall” Infiltration scenario though; playing wack-a-mole with Doom Cookie and Ronald Reagan didn’t really feel like CTF.
