Nice intro they have there, also nice gym… well that kind of parkour i could imagine training but i’d better not try it outside, because when you don’t make a single jump, it can end up badly.
learn to shoulder roll. Not training outside??? Parkour is made to go outside to do. Just learn the basics at a gym. Learning precision jumps, rolls and simple vaults will do
I know that most people are doing it outside… I’m just saying it’s only for people who know their limits … and know how to jump because you can easily get badly hurt doing that.
