Build server is obviously still down. Any chance of it going back online at some point?

/STEVE

STEVE, it's back up now - please let us know if there are any issues

i've been meaning to get more into this game, i've played it only briefly before but i had fun! now i'll be even more encouraged to play :)

so, this is our first official Teeworlds server... it's vanilla, meaning no mods. seeing as modding is a big deal in this game, we should probably host some modded servers too. check out this list - what sounds fun to you?

would be really cool to have our own custom game mode or two...

your feedback helps, thanks.

yes, reducing costs is the primary reason for the move. however, we're considering two other options on the west coast (one in Los Angeles, the other in Seattle) that are in the same price range each with different hardware specs. your connection info to them would be helpful too, just follow BR's instructions and replace central.aloha.pk with 74.222.30.85 then do it again and replace central.aloha.pk with 162.253.153.4

and although network is a big factor, so is CPU speed. the current central location is the fastest @ 3.73GHz per core. the Los Angeles location is the next fastest @ 3.0GHz per core. the Seattle location is the slowest @ 2.26GHz per core, but it has 2 more cores than the other locations.

we can think about these details on paper all we want, but ultimately how the in-game experience "feels" is more important than anything else.

...weighing out all the pros and cons, that's why we need feedback from as many players as possible!

My ping gone down to 130 ish now from 200. Can't login though :(

why not? is there an error message?

did you try setting an AoS password in your aloha.pk profile? http://aloha.pk/index.php?action=profile;area=account

then use that password to /login communist <password>

Mordhau is a multiplayer medieval fighting game where fights range from duels all the way to large, open battles of up to 64 players with horses, siege engines, and castles to be stormed. It features a skill-based free-flowing combat system that is easy to learn, but hard to master.

The game is being built on Unreal Engine 4 and will be released on Steam for Windows PCs. Other operating systems and platforms might follow post-release, but there are no concrete plans at the moment.
