hardware specs of our game servers we fully manage two server-class Linux machines that are dedicated 100% to aloha.pk game servers.

our primary box is a leased dedicated server located at a data center in Kansas City, Missouri. it's connected to the internet on a 1Gbps port via Hurricane Electric, Cogent Communications, and KCiX (the Kansas City Internet Exchange). hardware specs:
  • Dual Intel Xeon 5080 (4 cores @ 3.73GHz)
  • 32GB RAM
  • 120GB SSD
  • 500GB SATA
our secondary "backup" hardware is owned by us. it's currently located in California. specs:
  • Dual Intel Xeon L5420 (8 cores @ 2.5GHz)
  • 32GB RAM
  • 2 x 147GB 15,000RPM SAS

0) Crack an egg and beat it into a homogenous liquid.
1) Cook rice.
2) Pour egg over cooked rice.
3) Pan-fry the cooked rice and make sure the egg is evenly distributed into the rice.
4) Add meat, peas, corn, etc. as you see fit.

Jigsaw Counter Strike Pack This is all owned and created by Jigsaw.Except the shotgun, which was based of of SIMOX's shotgun and edited. The guns do vary from skin type to skin type but they have the AWP in common. There are two types of skins. The terrorists or counter-terrorists. The file shows you the different types of resolutions depending on which one you have.

[MAP] Goonassault Gardens - Japan guess I'll just use this new board to release this one here:

I ripped off got inspired by several other maps, mostly a_girls goonassault and Influx's chinatown and put all those ideas together into one map. May be another map that's to hard on babel to allow any proper tower building but a test run wouldn't hurt i guess  ;D

Oh don't you worry about that dankeypoo. We've got that covered. ^_^ Just hand over the admin rights to me and Kuuni for a few and we'll do all that tedious, time wasting work for you. We'll think of every possible subforum that would ever be necessary and you can just sit back and sip your pina colada while we do all this troublesome riff-raff.

Doctor Dank signed my Sniper! Yesterday i was playing on CS_Maps under the name of Collide. The man, the legend himself, connected to the server. Yes, i'm talking about the one and Only Doctor Dank! After Spamming a couple time that i wanted an autograph on my awp, Dank finaly gave it to me !!! :D

After a bit of moding on my weapon, i finaly have been able to put it on my Sniper! :D

New Babel Map Structure Idea Hello everyone! I have an idea for a new kind of Babel map structure, which would expand gameplay and make it more interesting. Tell me what you think!

I first had the idea last night while thinking about farmladencompound. Although it's a joke map, it still has a very interesting idea: a top surface, but under it is another huge map which people can use to sneak close to the enemies!

My idea is - what if new Babel maps had 2 'areas' - a top area of the map, but then a bottom area of the map? For example, he top could be a city, and if you dig about 6 blocks down it will lead to a pipe system. This makes gameplay even more dynamic and fun. Some maps already have this in Babel with exposed tunnel systems, but it would be nice to see more maps with them. Trying to just flank or dig one long hole through the middle of the map bores me and usually makes me want to stop playing. With a whole other map basically underneath the existing top map, it will make gameplay much more intense (the underground parts could be mazes or huge caverns). It would cause the team to defend different areas, and would really stress the building part of the game (for the caverns example, players would have to build a bridge to get across and surprise the enemy from below).

The only problem I see with this is that it would distract from the actual game mode, almost completely oppositely, because people will try to go to the bottom rather than the top. I still think it's an interesting idea, and if I have time, I will try to make a map demonstrating it.

Re: New Babel Map Structure Idea From my experience, it's pretty difficult to do this without giving attackers an easy method of attack. It's super hard to balance things like that, but I really like the idea
