Well what was his in game name? We can't do anything if we don't know who they are

My nick in the game and [BOB.T] NewBe and the hack was a fake user

What do you mean by fake user?

If a user enters the game using my nickname, with a hack and a banning staff, will I be banned without even having played? Because it is possible to use anyone's nickname

A user who does not have an account, he uses any nick that comes into his mind only to ruin the game of others

Doesn't matter if they use your name. We can still compare your ip address with that of the "hacker"

But, for example, my ip is not fixed, every day it changes when I turn off my modem (I need to restart when my internet drops)

If you have a log of ip, summer I have several different ip

Usually doesn't matter
We can get the following information from your ip
ISP and location

even if you have a dynamic ip address this information usually will not change

I understand, but what if it's a relative, a close friend, or something?

And returning to the topic of the topic, if every time a hack enters by casting votekick on me and activating your hack? Am I going to have to be banned every time he comes in and does this?

Well then we dig deeper. nothing is fool proof. Logging (login in the game) into your forum account when you play would greatly improve the chances of distinguishing your from "hacker"

Also it is having a lot of troll when a user will leave the server another boot votekick in it, so when the user leaves the server he is banned for no reason, by shifting at the same time that the other created a votekick

when a person has done something bad and covers it up, when asked what that person should have for a punishment, the liar would say to go easy on that person.
"I understand, but what if it's a relative, a close friend, or something?"
this was a fun read xd
